On Friday afternoon, May 24, 2024, Trust Regulator (TR) organized a dissemination seminar on “The Implementation of Reporting Form of Trustee", presided over by H.E. SOK Dara, Director General of the TR at the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority (FSA) Building. The purpose of the seminar is to raise awareness to the licensed/authorized trustees in order to comply with the reporting requirements of the trustee to ensure the consistency, an order manner and efficiency. The seminar was attended by the senior managements and officials of the TR, as well as the senior managements and representatives of licensed/authorized trust companies, trustee operators providing retention and escrow services (commercial bank), and independent individual trustees.
