On Monday morning, November 25, 2024, the Trust Regulator (TR) and the Oriental Bank Plc. co-organized a training program on “The Trust Mechanism in Cambodia” and presided over by H.E. SOK Dara, Director General of the TR and Datuk Phan Ying Tong, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Oriental Bank Plc. at the head office of the Oriental Bank Plc. The purpose of this training program is to raise the awareness and understanding of the trust mechanism in Cambodia for senior managements and staff of the Oriental Bank Plc., which has been licensed by the TR to act as a Trustee Operator providing Retention and Escrow Services for commercial trust operation.
