On Thursday morning, November 7, 2024, at the Phnom Penh Hotel, the Trust Regulator (TR) organized a dissemination workshop on “FinTech’s Regulatory Sandbox in the Trust Sector” under the presidency of H.E. NEY Sakal, Deputy Director General of the TR, high representative of H.E. SOK Dara, Director General of the TR, accompanied by Department Directors and Officials of the TR with the participation of leaders, professors and students who are representatives of universities and educational/vocational training institutions related to Information Technology in Phnom Penh. The purpose of this workshop is to disseminate the overviews of FinTech and FinTech’s Regulatory Sandbox in the Trust Sector, as well as the “Guideline on FinTech’s Regulatory Sandbox in the Trust Sector" which was officially launched on December 12, 2023.
