The Kingdom of Cambodia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in the form of loans and grant [Loans 4013 (ADB), 8387 (AFD), 8389 (AIF) and Grant 9216 (JFPR)] towards the cost of Agricultural Value Chain Competitiveness and Safety Enhancement Project (ACSEP). Among other ministries, the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) is also responsible for the implementation of ADB-financed projects, as agreed jointly between the borrower and ADB, and in accordance with the policies and procedures of the government and ADB. To jointly implement this whole project, the MEF established a PIU for Output 1 under Trust Regulator which will serve as implementing agency (IA) for ACSEP output 1. With reference to 4013 (ADB), 8387 (AFD CKH1238-01R), 8389 (AIF) and Grant No. 9216 (JFPR)-CAM, the PIU for Output 1 under Trust Regulator (TR) would like to advertise for "REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) for the Supply and Delivery of 02 pick-ups for PIU/MEF-TR".
